Refund & Return Policy

At KemisJewel, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy under the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all protective packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories included.
  • Personalized, custom-made, and engraved pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to partial refunds or rejection.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service at kemisjewelcustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Packaging Requirement: Items must be returned in the original packaging, including all protective materials. Failure to return in the same condition may result in a restocking fee or a reduced refund amount.
  3. Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
  4. Inspection & Approval: Once received, our quality control team will inspect the item. If approved, your refund will be processed within 12 business days.

Refund Details

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees for missing packaging, damage, or non-compliance with return conditions.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for your desired piece.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized, engraved, and custom-made jewelry.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
  • Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage beyond the original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
