Orders and availability
Products shown on the website are subject to availability. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a clear pricing error has occurred or we cannot fulfil the order safely. If this happens after payment has been authorised, we will contact you and arrange the appropriate outcome.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are final product prices. Product prices may change before an order is placed, but a confirmed order will not be affected by a later price change.
Online card payments are handled through Stripe’s secure checkout service. An order is created only after the payment provider confirms payment to KemisJewel.
Delivery
A valid United Kingdom delivery address, including Northern Ireland, receives free UK delivery. International delivery is unavailable unless an approved international tariff is active at checkout. Any delivery timing we provide is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Your right to cancel
For most online purchases, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your complete order. To cancel, email contact@kemisjewel.co.uk with a clear statement of your decision and your order reference. Please see our Returns and refunds policy for the return process and exceptions.
